I found time domain filter function like FIR, but could not find frequency domain filtering function.

Can I do FFT filter with FlexPro?

You can use the [b]FFTn[/b]- and the [b]IFFTn[/b]-function to calcuate the Fourier transform and the inverse Fourier transform. So you have the possiblity to filter your signal in the frequency domain.
