Hello,
My question is; Is it possible to create automatically a new user defined image on the “Button Appearance” dialog box for customized image so that I can have as much FaceId as required?
thanks,
Dim oBar As CommandBar
Set oBar = CommandBars.Add(Name:=”Test”, _
Position:=fpBarPositionTop, Temporary:=False)
oBar.Visible = TrueDim picPictureI As IPictureDisp
Dim picMaskI As IPictureDisp
Set picPictureI = stdole.StdFunctions.LoadPicture(“c:picturepic.bmp”)
Set picMaskI = stdole.StdFunctions.LoadPicture(“c:picturemask.bmp”)Dim oButton As CommandBarButton
Set oButton = sdfCmdBar.Controls.Add(Type:=fpControlTypeButton)
oButton.Picture = picPictureI
oButton.Mask = picMaskI
When you run this macro, a new picture is saved in the file ‘userimages.bmp’.

Unfortunately, you cannot access an existing user-defined picture using VBA. -
