•In the Properties window enter the zero-based position index of the preferred still image or its X position in seconds.
or
•Use the horizontal scrollbar to navigate to the desired image.
With Cursors Disabled
•Enter the number of the frame in the field under Media Design[Play] > Frame Number or its position in the field under Media Design[Play] > Position either in the format +-HH:MM:SS.ssss or in any time unit, such as "120.3 ms".
