The signal is highly oversampled and it seems that the unit is ms and not seconds. FlexPro’s FFT can detect this properly if you set the “X-Unit” field to “ms”. The output unit would then be “kHz” and not “Hz”. Due to the fact that the time signal is oversampled, the spectral content appears to the left of the spectrum (Keep in mind that the correct unit is kHz!). Just zoom out the spectrum using the cursors or reduce the end value of the X-Axis to some reasonable value and you will see the peak of the base frequency and the those of its harmonics.
