Upgrading FlexPro 8.0.24 to 8.0.29

Hello,

When I try to upgrade FlexPro from version 8.0.24 to 8.0.29, I have this error message “HASP SRM Run-time installation – Drivers from previous installations are still present. Use the previous installer to completely remove these drivers.” .

I have upgraded FlexPro from version 8.0.21 to 8.0.29 without any error.

What’s wrong ?
How can I uninstall these drivers, and what about the license ?

Please try to uninstall FlexPro before installing the newer version. If this does not work anymore please address to support@weisang.com to obtain a tool for manual uninstallation.

The license will not be tampered by uninstallation of the license management system. It will show up again once you reinstall the licensing system.
