Is it possible to rename import filters after they have been saved.

Open a text file with the text data import wizard. Don’t choose the user defined scheme.
After that you can choose or delete your user defined scheme (step 1 of the wizard; file type). Now it’s possible to modify the settings. In the last step of the Wizard you can save all settings as a new file type.
