Export report in jpeg format on Win 98 SE

Every time I am trying to export a report in jpeg format , Flexpro send me a error message

“” Flexpro.exe caused a exception_Acess_Violation in module file Felxpro.exe at 0167: 0094C11E, jpegfromdib…”

My OS is windows 98 SE, is there a solution for this.

Please try a lower resolution for the JPEG file. If the problem persists, please send a description on how to reproduce it to support@weisang.com.
