Unable to test 2017 release –> see attachement.
27.09.2019 at 11:41 #34684Bernhard KantzParticipantSuch a crash at startup is most likely caused by the OpenGL driver of the graphics card (NVidia?). One can disable the hardware acceleration in the registry key
HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareWeisangFlexPro12OpenGL
by setting the DWord entry
Enabled
to 0. If the entry does not yet exist, please create it anew.
08.10.2019 at 11:23 #34685HerveM1234ParticipantYou mean FlexPro is not compatible with NVDIA cards? 81% of the market !!!
08.10.2019 at 13:00 #34686HerveM1234ParticipantEven if I set the entry HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareWeisangFlexPro12OpenGL to 0
the problem is still the same, FlexPro crashes without launching !! Maybe not compatible with Windows 10???
08.10.2019 at 15:53 #34687Stefan S.KeymasterIn such a case please send the crash report to support@weisang.com.
All unsent Reports are stored in the following directory:
%LOCALAPPDATA%CrashRptUnsentCrashReportsThe incompatibility is concerning only certain NVIDIA models and driver versions. Even if such a constellation is present on a system, this does not mean that FlexPro is incompatible. All graphics are rendered correctly without OpenGL.
Anyway, we are working on the problem and hope that we can present a solution with the next maintenance release of FlexPro 2019.
