1.In the Folders window, select the folder where you want to place the object.

2.Click Data[Import from Files and Databases] > Binary Data.

3.In the dialog box that now appears, select from the File Type list the Excel workbook file format.

4.Select the file(s) you would like to import.

5.Select Data from the box if you want to create a link to the Excel file(s) or save a copy of the Excel workbook(s) in the project database.

6.Click Open.
