•Use the command Document Tools/Design[Page] > Insert After or Document Tools/Design[Page] > Insert Before to add a blank page after or before the current page. The new page will now appear in the window and can be edited.

•You can use the command Document Tools/Edit[Page] > Delete to remove the page currently displayed in the document.
