To determine the folder for temporary files, FlexPro checks for the existence of environment variables in the following order and uses the first path found:

[li]The path specified by the TEMP environment variable, if TMP is not defined.[/li]
[li]The path specified by the USERPROFILE environment variable.[/li]
[/ol]
Under Windows Me/98 the behaviour is as follows:

[li]The path specified by the TMP environment variable.[/li]
[li]The path specified by the TEMP environment variable, if TMP is not defined or if TMP specifies a directory that does not exist.[/li]
[li]The current directory, if both TMP and TEMP are not defined or specify nonexistent directories.[/li]
