Does anybody know if it’s possible to rotate a surface diagram using the mouse instead of changing the rotation and inclination values in the properties window?

It is not possible to change the perspective by moving the mouse while pushing a button. You can use the respective buttons in the menu bar to raise or lower the angles of inclination and rotation.
